SAFRAN shall not be liable for costs incurred as a result of an invalid entry. Requests for refunds will not be accepted if the contact details are incomplete, if they are sent after the deadlines specified below, or if they are contrary to the provisions of the Rules.

Given that, in view of the current service offerings and technology, some Internet service providers offer a free or inclusive connections to users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the website on a free or inclusive basis cannot result in any refund, since in this case the subscription to the Internet service provider is taken out by the user for use of the Internet in general, and connection by the Entrant to the website and participation in the challenge does not cause any additional expenses or outlay. Furthermore, no refund will be made for any connection to the website (i) carried out using equipment (in particular a computer, cellphone or tablet) made available to the Entrant by Safran and/or (ii) if the Entrant receives a refund (or even a partial refund) by Safran of their Internet subscription costs in connection with their remote activity (governed by a remote work agreement between the Entrant and Safran). For this reason, it will be up to the Entrants to prove that they have not used equipment made available by Safran to connect to the website and do not receive a refund of their Internet subscription costs as specified above.

Connection costs as described in the first paragraph of this article will be refunded within thirty (30) days of the date the request is sent (as attested by postmark); they will be refunded in proportion to the duration of the connection on production of a detailed invoice.

The request must be sent by mail no later than ten (10) days after the date of entry (as attested by postmark) to the following address:

SAFRAN SA Direction de la Communication
Défi “Safran Explore Canada”
