Félix Morin is co-founder and president of School Success.
This company, which originally offered face-to-face tutoring services, quickly moved to online services in 2014.
A fervent digital advocate, in 2018 he co-founded the first fully online private high school in Quebec. An establishment recognized by the Ministry of Education of Quebec which serves secondary and adult clientele.
Having joined EdTeq since its foundation, Félix has always wanted to center the student at the heart of his actions through local partnerships and the use of cutting-edge technologies.
Since School Success was founded in 2006, more than 70,000 families have used School Success services.
Félix is also a serial entrepreneur, having founded more than 7 companies in the last 20 years, many of which are still in operation.
A graduate of HEC Montréal in International Marketing, Félix has always wanted to use his sense of organization and his great empathy to help others grow in their professional journey.
School Success employs more than 45 people and has a network of 1,200 tutors across Canada.
Father of two children aged 8 and 5, he has a passion for cooking, travel and the visual arts.
Volunteer involvement:
– Member of the board of directors of Collège André-Grasset as a director since December 2022;
– Member of the Board of ADIGESEP since 2020 as secretary and re-elected as Vice-President (interim president since Sept. 2022);
– Member of the funding committee of the Foundation for Literacy in 2021;
– Founding member of the organizing committee of the Starlight Halloween event (Starlight Canada Foundation) from 2012 to 2014;
– Organization and participation in the Kids Help Phone 2011 fundraiser;
– Organization and participation in the First steps in business series of the FMMJ 2010;
– Organization of conferences in partnership with the CHU-Ste-Justine 2008-2009.

– Jury and speaker for the OSEntreprendre competition – since 2017;
– Jury and Mentor for Startup Mtl (formerly Fondation Montreal Inc) – since 2015.
