Supported by Quebec’s Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy, this three-year support program aims to make artificial intelligence a true growth engine for Quebec companies.
“DémultiplIA embodies our commitment to creating sustainable bridges between research and industry,” explains Gabrielle Langlois, program manager. “The diversity and innovation potential of the 2025 cohort demonstrates the remarkable vitality of our AI ecosystem.”
To achieve this ambition, DémultiplIA deploys a complete innovation ecosystem, combining cutting-edge scientific expertise and entrepreneurial support. The program thus promotes collaborations with leading researchers, customized support, and privileged access to funding opportunities.
The program also offers mentoring opportunities, both in business and science, thanks to experts from Centech and the IVADO network, as well as support on strategic mandates by HEC Montreal MBA students.
This year, the selected companies represent five strategic sectors:
Ecological Transition and Sustainable Development
Smart Transport and Mobility
Digital Health Innovation
Digital Business Transformation
Emerging Technologies
Through this collaboration between research and Quebec companies, IVADO fulfills its fundamental mission: making AI excellence a true innovation driver for our companies and a lever for shaping the future.

Centech is an ecosystem that propels technological innovation and entrepreneurship projects from science and engineering. Open to all, Centech was founded in 1996 by the École de technologie supérieure. Thanks to its Acceleration and Propulsion programs, Centech acts as a real instrument of growth, thus creating one of the largest concentrations of technology entrepreneurs in the start-up phase in Quebec and Canada. Since 2018, Centech has its own open innovation hub, the Collision Lab, where large companies are supported in their open innovation initiatives in collaboration with technology startups.
